Floda – Tollered
Degree of difficulty
A light hiking trail that offers a beautiful nature experience in historical surroundings.
When you leave the Floda community you walk on the right side along beautiful Sävelången after a few kilometers you are welcomed to the Nääsområdet which is a unique mixture of nature and culture in the borderland between the big city and rural area. Nääs is Scandinavia's best-preserved late 19th-century environment, one of the country's largest organizers of courses in crafts and crafts and a place where people have been meeting and creating lifelong memories since time immemorial. Here you can go for a guided tour of the castle, eat, live, shop beautiful things, learn to ride or visit the exhibitions in the art gallery or building care center.
From late spring to autumn there is a boat on the weekends that can take you from Nääs directly to Tollered. You who wander on continue towards Lilla Nääs and then east towards the mill Tollered, known from the film Tuppen. The trail winds its way through the historic village with its spinning mills down to Nääs fabriker, which is a must-visit.
Nääs fabriker offer, among other things, accommodation, food, wonderful relaxation in the SPA environment, cozy shops and scenic surroundings at Lake Sävelången.
The track segment is accessible by wheelchair and stroller.
